Hand-built and vacuum-bagged by master craftsmen from Japan, every Thunderbolt board replaces the traditional wooden stringer with an EPS foam core and internal carbon-fiber and fiberglass flex beams — delivering lighter weight, livelier flex and rebound, and far greater durability than standard PU boards.
